Ad Operations Manager


The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for the set-up, optimization, performance, and general stewardship of our customer advertising campaigns. This individual combines an in-depth knowledge of customer business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape with a rich background in the digital marketing industry to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations. The ad ops manager will be tasked with analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on ad strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Implement and schedule advertising campaigns for a range of clients across a wide variety of industries and digital media platforms with the intent of creating value for our client base
  • Analyze and report the overall effectiveness and success of ad campaigns to internal and external clients, and provide educated suggestions for current and future campaigns
  • Oversee campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis
  • Analyze performance data to highlight key trends
  • Develop unique strategies and build upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
  • Execute projects to be high quality, on-time, and cost-effective/on budget
  • Proactively keep abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  • Writes communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated
  • Manages research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior
  • Develops a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
  • Regularly evaluate ad data and implement improvements on digital strategies
  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Director, Creative Director, and Project Manager to create and manage the strategies, content, and copywriting for client ad campaigns


Looking for someone with:
