Customer Success Director


 

Our team of Customer Success Directors are responsible for ensuring our customers reach their desired business outcomes through Rveal’s show marketing products. You’ll act as the point person and liaison between our internal team and our customers to ensure that we deliver an incredible final product that helps to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Our Customer Success Directors are champions for customer business sales and marketing objectives and they do everything they can to deliver a world-class client experience.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Be relentlessly in tune with the objectives of the customer's organization
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, build positive relationships, and continually delight with a positive, customer-centric attitude and experience
  • Lead new customer onboarding process to ensure a successful transition to Rveal 
  • Act as the virtual director for customers’ podcasts so as to gain an intimate understanding of the client, their industry, their audience, and their objectives
  • Build a deep knowledge of the Show Marketing product and benefits
  • Drive education and adoption of the Show Marketing and HubSpot products amongst the customer sales and marketing teams
  • Lead thought leadership training and quarterly, metrics reviews
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve or exceed target client KPIs and ensure a successful customer show and relationship
  • Partner with Rveal’s Strategist to develop customer content mapping, sales, and marketing strategies, KPIs, and sales/marketing initiatives
  • Assist Rveal’s Creative Director with the development of the customer branding and show deliverables, ensuring the customers content is consistently on-brand
  • Partner with Rveal’s Project Manager to ensure all content is delivered on-time
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices to ensure customers are realizing the greatest possible value from the Show Marketing product
  • Manage customer content distribution and analytics tracking for social media
  • Minimize churn and show cancellations by maximizing the value our customers realize from our service offerings
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upsells as well as ensure existing customers consistently renew their shows

 

Looking for someone with:

  • Marketing, sales, and/or customer service experience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly build strong, trusting relationships with customers
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Regularly meets deadlines
  • Service-minded, proactive, humble, and friendly
  • Confident, high energy, and self-motivated team player
