Sales Manager (Producer)


Our team of Sales Managers (or as we like to call them, Producers) are responsible for driving Rveal Media revenue growth through video podcast product sales. You’ll act as the point person for potential customers up to and through the onboarding process - building a deep relationship and knowledge about their business while educating and promoting the prospect of the value of the Show Marketing product.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Generate leads through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics that ensure meeting or exceeding sales goals 
  • Help leads determine which Show Marketing product fits their need and budget
  • Educate prospective customers by leading live demos and giving sales presentations to promote products and services
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Track and maintain detailed customer records and sales/marketing activities in company CRM and sales pipeline software
  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, terms, and availability
  • Regularly publish and send prospects relevant information and content that will provide value to their organization, grow our brand awareness, and generate new customers 
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with prospects up to and through the onboarding process to ensure a successful transition to Rveal Media
  • Lead the initiative to contact and schedule guests for the B2B Podcasting Show
  • Produce the B2B Podcasting Show and deliver the final product to B2B Podcast guests
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of the Show Marketing products, along with a deep understanding of the prospective customers business, industry, needs, desires, and expectations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly professional, concise, and accurate reports and presentations for executive reviews
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, marketing techniques, etc
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
